Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Eligibility
General Duty (GD) :
Should hold a degree of a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks..Mathematics and Physics as subject up to Intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in each subject.The candidates, who have completed graduation after diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
Commercial Pilot Licence (SSA):
He must hold a recognized university degree with a minimum GPA of 60%. Candidates who graduate after graduation are also admitted if they have an overall score of 55% in the diploma in physics and mathematics in their curriculum. Must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent in Physics and Mathematics as subjects and must achieve a minimum score of 55% in each of the subjects (e.g. candidates who complete their degree are also admitted, provided they have an overall score of 55% in each item). diploma with physical and mathematical address in their curriculum Must hold a valid Commercial Pilot License issued/validated by the Director General of Civil Aviation on the date of application.
Technical (Mechanical) :
Must hold an engineering degree from a recognized university in navy, mechanics, maritime transport, automotive, mechatronics, industrial and manufacturing, metallurgy, design, aeronautics, or aerospace architecture with a minimum cumulative GPA of 60%. Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Grade XII in a 10 + 2 + 3 study scheme or equivalent with a minimum score of 55% in each subject. Candidates who graduate after graduation are also admitted if they have an overall score of 55% in the diploma in physics and mathematics in their curriculum. Must have an engineering degree from a recognized university in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunications or Instrumentation or Instrumentation or Electronics and Communications or Energy or Power Electronics with a minimum score of 60%. Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Grade XII in a 10 + 2 + 3 study scheme or equivalent with a minimum score of 55% in each subject.
Technical (Electrical / Electronics) :
Candidates who graduate after graduation are also admitted if they have an overall score of 55% in the diploma in physics and mathematics in their curriculum. Legal education from a recognized university with a minimum score of 60%.
Law Entry:
A degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum of 60% aggregate marks
